Liquefying solid stories

Nia O is a meditation alchemist, sound guide, entrepreneur and wellness facilitator based in Toronto, Canada. Her journey to becoming a wellness guide is rooted in experiencing what it is to be covertly unwell, while needing to operate at a high-level for much of her life - a story far too many Black bodies share.

Having moved through deep adversity, she understands the crucial need for culturally relevant, body-based healing practices. Nia makes it her life’s work to transform her story into practical and accessible healing experiences for those around her.

Nia believes that wellness should not be defined by the agendas of commercial industries, but by the voices of those seeking it. Wellness to her is the experience of trauma informed guidance, bodily autonomy, freedom of expression and being welcomed, wholeheartedly in community.

Values

Continuously aligned with the unconventional, Nia’s approach to life is centered in non-judgment, authenticity and compassion. Her embodiment of these values allows those she guides to experience safety in sharing their experiences and showing up as their whole selves.

Vision

To co-create transformative, de-stigmatized spaces equipped with choice, resource & collective liberation.

Mission

To be a vessel of healing.
